Natasha Law

Natasha Law is best known for her high-gloss paintings in her distinctive silhouette style, capturing intimate moments of women in various stages of undress. Through bold, abstract shapes and a striking use of color, tone, and contrast, Law’s work embodies the underlying strength and sensuality of the everyday female. While her art can be perceived as provocative, her intention is to share the personal, repetitive moments of modern femininity with a touch of flair. To express this intimacy, Law often asks her close friends to model, reflecting the special relationships that inspire her artwork.

The British born artist has exhibited internationally, including Hong Kong, London and New York. At Voltz Clarke Gallery, solo exhibitions such as Up Close and Pieces of You, captivated audiences with her unique approach to the ordinary. In addition to her gallery presence, Law has long collaborated with prominent fashion houses Max Mara and Salvatore Ferragamo along with Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar Magazines. Bridging the gap between fine art and fashion, these accomplishments and collaborations affirm Law’s position as a significant female painter in the contemporary art world. Voltz Clarke Gallery looks forward to welcoming Natasha Law to New York in February ‘25 for her next solo exhibition.
